Caitlyn at the front desk is extremely rude, I have had to ask for the manager twice. She is very unprofessional and not willing to help. My credit card was charged twice and Caitlyn refused to look further into the situation. When asked for more information she became more rude and hung up the phone. She should not be in that position as she is the first person customers interact with. Once I got the manager on the phone she was professional/pleasant and made attempt to help figure out the issue because the credit card was indeed charged twice when Caitlyn was continuing to tell me it was not without offering further guidance/help.

I have gone here multiple times and have been unimpressed every single time. The staff is unprofessional, has horrible communication and are never on the same page. They are constantly running behind 40 minutes; even when I booked the first appointment (for this reason) they managed to be 15 minutes late. The selection of glasses is subpar. How this place has 4.1 stars is mind boggling to me, perhaps they’re asking people to review them? Look at the how different the Yelp reviews are. Trust me when I say go elsewhere!

I recommend you avoid this location. They are not willing to take partial responsibility for a bad eye exam. Girl at the front desk hung up on me when I refused to allow them to charge my insurance for another exam. $400 dollars later on frame and lens and I have a boat anchor. Btw that was out of pocket, nevermind what my insurance covered. Lesson learned
