Staff was pleasant, courteous & professional. Dr Desai helped me solve a long standing problem with my contacts. Tyler offered suggestions with my glasses order that saved me several hundred dollars! They were willing to work with me to get the vision results I wanted.

Made appointment for 2:20pm. Arrived at location before 2pm to allow for enough time to fill out patient information on their iPad. Once done, I started to look at their glasses selection.
Guy walks in at 2:11pm, stating he was "there for his 2 o'clock appointment." Tech takes him back, does initial exam, then sends him to see the Dr. Meanwhile, I had been looking at glasses (and twiddling my thumbs) for a while.
At 2:53pm, guy was still in the exam room. I left.
Their staff is nice enough, but the scheduling is ridiculous. Who has that sort of time? This was no emergency, just poor planning. Never again.

The staff and the doctor were all so friendly! I have NEVER had a better experience at the optometrist. The front staff took great care getting to know us and our needs. The doctor took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. I really enjoyed our visit and will return for our future needs! I can't wait to recommend this location to friends and family!!!
