Came here for some frames and lenses after years of going to vision works. Will never do business here again. Older lady answering phones has had an attitude anytime I've called, I understand some have a bad day but months later and same experience. I called to get a prescription with a signature and she tried to brush it off saying they can't do that through email because it's all on computer. I've done e-signatures before so I know I'm still living in 2022 so signatures are possible. The lenses took much longer to arrive than what I was told and I have poor vision. I received the glasses and they had scratches on them from the day I received them. Months later I notice it more and more on how hard it is to see through them because of the scratches. Today I had gone into another provider that looked at them and said yes I see the problem, when they were made the pad scratched them and they should have noticed and not given me the pair until a good pair was made. Due to being a person with bad vision I had not gone back because it was a need and I do not have time to waste not being able to see, nor is it safe. Point blank, rude lady answering the phone without a clue on how she is still employed there much later in time. And I wish I could've had a better experience. Video of the damage posted as well. Had to edit my review in order to add this last part, received a response from them of course that was more than likely a generated response. No update. No help. Nothing. Skip this place. There's plenty of actual companies out there that take pride in their work and will gladly provide proper services to make customers happy which invite others. This place I will not recommend at all for anyone except those that may need to use a restroom. The only thing I'd tell someone to stop here for.

OMG, run away from pearl vision in Hollywood 2914 Oakwood Blvd location. I did eye exam and ordered glasses from there, my glasses was not done correctly so had to go back and their manager denied my issue says it was done correctly so when Dr Fleischer tested my vision, he figured out that it was not done correctly so which was embarrassing for their manager. Since I lost my trust with them I wanted to return the glasses but the manager refused to do a return and forced me to pick another frame from their limited selection so I selected another pair. Even the second pair, I couldn’t see well and it was too heavy, had to make another half an hour trip and this time I couldn’t see well computer screen so the Dr did a very quick test like Jeffy lob and U couldn’t read the letters so I told him, he said it was ok and it is not a big deal. This is unbelievable and crazy. Since they screwed up the second time so they didn’t want to admit their mistakes. Although I paid over $300.00 plus they charged my insurance I wear my old glasses which I bought from Target. The Doctor and the optacians are incompetent and clueless. STAY away from this place.
