Always excellent customer service at the Maplewood location! Dr. Philip is thorough and great at explaining what she is looking for and what she sees in your eyes. Anna is fabulous with all elements of finding, wearing and maintaining glasses. She is patient, knowledgeable, and has great follow-through in her service!

I had a lovely time here! The staff are friendly and eager to answer questions I had. Tong had assisted me and I loved my interaction with him, and I can't wait for my prescription sunglasses to come in, paid $481 for it but it's what I expected so. Update 09/24/23: lowered to 2 stars bc when I recieved my sunglasses they were really different from the ones I had originally picked out. I asked them about it and they said it's very unlikely they messed up and I can come back and choose different ones. But I don't know if they're going to charge me for that. :/ I was very excited for these sunglasses and when I saw them I was so disappointed, they were different from the ones I picked out. I guess I'll take pics next time of the ones i picked out...

I received the best customer service from everyone in the store! Tosh was exceptional!! I've been to two other vision centers in Maplewood Mall...both a little less expensive...but didn't come close to the amazing customer service at Pearle. Very satisfied!
