Rude staff

No one answers the phone?! I’m beginning to think this office has closed permanently. It’s hard to get an appointment as the doctor is only there 2 days a week and the selection of glasses is very limited. I think we’ll take our business elsewhere.

Eye exam was professional. Dr. suggested progressive lenses--now I have $583.34 I cannot wear due to headaches. I also purchased single vision lenses for an older set of frames for $231.00. These lenses began to crack around 30-days +/-. They did replace the cracked lenses.

We bought 2 glasses. I have progressive and my son has a very strong prescription. We went to pick up my sons and they told us his frames are bent and afriad of breaking the frames. So we bought new frame.Then they told us we should have bought plastic frames but that is not the type he likes. But they said it still wont work for them, so we asked for our money back. They refused. They have a 30 satisfaction guarentee that was not upheld. We would rather have the glasses. So I told them they need to give us the lens or give us our money back. 300.00. They gave us the lens when we got home there was a large scratch on the left lens. We are out glasses and lens about 400.00 with frames. I would suggest people beware. I have worn glasses all my life never had I had this problem!

Took my 6 year old and experienced a very thorough exam while making him feel safe and comfortable. Thankfully my son had a positive experience with his first official eye exam. Will absolutely bring him and the rest of my family members back.

I had the best experience! The office is beautiful, and everyone is super sweet! If you’re like me, you like people to give you their honest options and that’s exactly what they did when it came to picking out my frames. Even though it was a change for me, I felt 100% confident I was going to love them once I left. But, that’s not even the best part!!! Have you ever been to an eye doctor that gives you prescription glasses and you leave with them that day!? Yeah, me either! These guys have their own lab which means after picking out my frames, my lenses were made and I was taking home my glasses 20 minutes later!! Highly recommended!

Great experience at Cahaba Ridge eye care. The digital eye exam is super cool and super quick! The office is beautiful and they have a great selection of stylish glasses! Friendly and very helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a beautiful office! The staff was great and DJ was very helpful when picking out my frames! They have the best frame selection..I couldn’t decide on one pair so I ended up leaving with 2! The best part was that it only took about 15 minutes for my glasses to be ready! Can’t wait to take my daughter back there for her eye appointment! I HIGHLY recommend this place!! You won’t be disappointed!
