They're friendly and helpful. During the eye exam they'll tell you what each machine does, for example, take a picture of the back of your eye. If you pick out a new pair of glasses they will help you find similar pairs to ones you like and tell you if they think it fits your face

Brought in my prescription to get a new pair of glasses to replace the ones that got broken. When the order came in found out they sent the wrong size 55 vs 57. Spoke with 2 people, one being the manager and they said they would reorder the correct size. Well, the incorrect size was sent again. They basically did nothing but send same incorrect size. Had the order checked, and the order was correct, but still sent the wrong size. Been a month now and still don't have the correct glasses. Now they are reordering for a 3rd time.......frustrating!

Hello Pearle Vision, My name is Travis Scott, I am writing to inform you about two of your employees, Phillis and Grace. Thanks to them I visited Pearle Vision 3 times in the last two months. They went above and beyond with their hospitality and customer service. Not to mention Phillis being so easy looking on the eyes. (continue reading to hear more about my experience) One sunny day (because the sun always follows with me to a trip to Pearle Vision) I was driving on a low maintenance road. I was eating Burger King while traveling and happened to lose control and flip my car into the ditch. Thankfully Phillis and Grace so happened to be doing their daily tandem unicycling on the same road. Without the thought of death, Grace rushed to my burning, flipped car. She broke the window with just one punch, was able to tear my seatbelt apart, and pull me out of the ditch safely. But, I was unable to breathe, for I was eating my #15 BK Foot Lettuce and it lodged in my throat from the collison. Grace again managed to save my life by giving me a tracheostomy (taught in first grade wumbology). As Phillis was waiting on Grace to save my life. He noticed my left leg was dislocated at the hip and at the knee. Both big boy thumb toes were also dislocated so he took charge and inserted everything back into position. After he happened to fix my right contact. With the training provided at Pearle Vision, Phillis was able to see what was disturbing my vision without breaking a sweat. He swiftly took my contact out of my eye, repaired it with his spare paperclip he was hanging on to and the gum he had been chewing, disinfected the contact with his spare contact solution he keeps in his fanny pack (to be ready at all times of course), and put it back into my eye. This all happened in the time it took Grace to bring oxygen back to my body. Sadly with all that happened my Oscar Meyer Weinermobile was not able to be rescued before it exploded. No worries for me getting back to Pearle Vision, so that Phillis and Grace could make sure that I had all my vision needs taken care of. Phillis happened to be traveling with his spare tandem triples unicycle. Who woulda thought Phillis would have used his 3-seater that day. We rode off into the sunset to Pearle Vision with a bond created that day so unbreakable even God himself fears the love we have for each other. PS you are both invited to my wedding (im not engaged) my insta is t_sott40 if you want to rsvp
