WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!
Make eye glasses Oct 21st 2023 and I have heard nothing. it is more than three weeks and told me the lap not sent it to the store wait for another week.. Alex told me if you cancel the order will not get refund for the insurance covered which $100 Dollar something. What the heck? 😁. Joke

Ellen went above and beyond to help me out. My original glasses did not pass a quality checkpoint and I was leaving for vacation in two days. She made sure I had something to go away with. Now I can see and won’t be missing out of anything. A huge THANK YOU Ellen for going the extra mile.

Pearl Vision Jericho is amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. I called with an urgent situation. My son needed a new pair of lenses quickly before he left for college. Heather answered my call and she couldn’t have been more accommodating! She had me come in and in 20 minutes my son had a new pair of lenses for his frames! Thank you to Heather and the entire staff from the bottom of my heart!
