Gabby was amazing! My contact prescription was up and I needed an extra set of contacts for an international trip. She was amazing and got me a set.

Surprisingly quick for a family with 3 checkups. The family was able to check out glasses which was an overall great way to improve time. Gabby was also an amazing clerk for check in and out!

This location has the absolute best designer frame selection and customer service in all of metro Atlanta! I’ve worked with several specialists over the years and Chantelle and Alicia have always made certain I left with whatever looked and made me feel my best. Most recently, Alicia helped me navigate a restyling fiasco (all my fault) with grace and patience. This place will always be my go-to for my vision and styling needs.

I’ve been going to this center for years for eye exams. The doctor is super friendly and quick. The staff are all very kind and knowledgeable as well. Gabby was super helpful- she secured a couple boxes of contacts in a pinch and I had to travel the next day. Talk about lifesaver! Couldn’t recommend them more if you’re looking for friendly, quick and knowledgeable service!

Great experience at Pearle Vision in Buckhead today. Popped in to look at glasses for my 9yo son after having an exam at an out of network provider. Good selection of kids glasses. Despite being busy, multiple employees asked if they could help. They helped us order glasses with our insurance. Everything was efficient and customer service was excellent. Thank you!

Terrica and the Pearle Vision team were fantastic! Terrica took absolute care/time of/with me and she gave her honest reviews on the frames I tried on. Terrica was absolutely amazing! From the time we entered the facility until actually receiving our purchase she was just wonderful. Terrica definitely showed great professionalism and knowledge of the frames and helped us select glasses that complimented the shapes of our faces all while smiling. This was my first time visiting this center and Terrica made it a very pleasant experience. She was very warm and welcoming. She provided great knowledge of the different styles of glasses and helped me pick a couple of pairs. I have a round face so I’m always skeptical about choosing the right pair of glasses but Terrica was very patient as I tried on several styles. Ultimately she helped me figure out what styles fit the shape of my face and I was actually excited. I walked out with much confidence and will definitely be back. I love great customer service!

Pearle Vision is an amazing place to get your eyes checked and the prices are unbeatable. The staff is also really great and are hard workers and also nice. They do whatever takes to get the job done. The one that helped me the most was Stephanie. She’s really nice and I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them and got me the perfect pair of glasses. Thank you ms. Stephanie. If you go here ask for her you won’t be disappointed.

I have NEVER worked with better staff while ordering contact lenses. The hospitality and genuine care was on full display every step of the journey. Scarlett went out of her way to check for trial lenses in the store (which thankfully they did have) and helped me navigate an unexpected insurance mishap. Upon arrival, the other staff person (sorry I’ve forgotten her name, but she knows who she is!) greeted me warmly and assisted me with trying the trial lenses; she also offered extremely clear instructions at the right level of detail about the trial lenses and how they differed from my prescription. Both ladies encouraged me to test the lenses and before making a decision to buy the trials or stick with my original prescription, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick purchase. They make an excellent tandem that has given me confidence to return for all future vision needs.

The staff at this locations was AMAZING!!! The customer service that was giving was top notch and that’s why I continue to keep returning here for all my eye care needs. Angel is great at what he does and I can always count on him to keep my glasses maintenance properly! Keep up the great work..

I recently visited the Pearl Vision location near Atlanta, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I had originally found a pair of glasses I liked at a different location, but I wanted to check this one out since it’s close to Lennox mall and seemed more fashion-forward. I walked in with no clear idea of what I wanted from a frame perspective—just hoping to find prescription glasses and sunglasses that worked for me. At first, I was completely overwhelmed by the selection and honestly thought it was a lost cause. But then one of the specialists—who I wouldn’t have even known to ask for—helped me find the perfect pair of frames. I couldn’t have been happier. What really impressed me was the level of care and attention, especially because I was going on a work trip the following week and desperately needed prescription glasses. She went out of her way to get my lenses—hard-to-find ones due to my astigmatism—from another location and had my glasses ready the day before my trip. On top of that, when I found a pair of sunglasses I loved, she explained the unique lenses in a way that made me an immediate fan. I can’t recommend this location enough. Even if you think you’ve already found the right frames, stop by here before making a final decision. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely puts the customer first, and goes above and beyond—especially when you’re on a tight timeline like I was. Truly a five-star experience.

Stephanie was great and talked me into getting the cutest Mui Mui glasses plus ruby transitions. Past my budget with VSP but worth it. Added on the protection plan for the lenses.
