Front desk lady needs to work on customer service and not taking personal calls on the clock. Apparently the doctor is used to liars! No customer service at all, doctor insinuated that I was lying too him and didnt want to answer any questions straight up. Not sure what got in their drawers today! Well never be back!

Megan gave us excellent customer service. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are many choices for glasses. This was the easiest experience I've had picking out glasses. I'm really picky with glasses.

The 5 star is for Kaitlyn the district manager. I went here over 2 weeks ago and I had an issue with my glasses and frames. Kaitlyn has gone out of her way and the upper management to help me. I really appreciate their integrity and willingness to do all they can to make sure customer service is excellent. The care and dedication she has shown me has been beyond what I expected. I wish I would have had the chance to work with her personally in the beginning, but she was not available at the time. Anywho, I am pleased to meet her acquaintance and she is truly an honest and good person. She is extremely knowledgeable of the policy and products. She explained everything to me detail by detail. I hope that she gets all the BEST in life and may blessings come flowing to her because she truly deserves it! Thank you Mrs. Kaitlyn 🙏❤️
