Terrible experience at this office. They never answer their phone, do not return messages you leave, and often times aren't even there during their "business hours". My son needed his frames replaced in August - was told it would be a week - it's Mid-October and we just now received them in the mail AND they are the wrong ones! This apparently is an independently owned Pearle Vision and not associated with other locations. We will NOT be going back to this office in the future.

Really unreliable hours and not very good at answering the phone. I got a text saying my glasses were ready for pickup and I could come Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 9a-3:30p. I got there at 3:10 and the office was dark and the doors were locked. Hours posted on the door say they’re open until 4 pm. The lady working when i was able to catch them when they were open was very helpful but will not be returning due to such unreliable service.

Recent reviews are accurate. No one answering the phone. Now I'm going to continuously call the next 30 mins to get a point across. Missed out on a new customer. With the office not answering the phone call and the reviews about orders being misplaced, definitely won't risk it.
