Multiple letters missing from the sign out front which was a bad sign to begin with. Short staffed and short tempered people working there. I received a very incorrect prescription from the doctor there and they have been incredibly hard to reach in the weeks since. I've never had a worse time dealing with getting a prescription. In response to the owners reply, I have been trying to call in to talk about this issue and no one answers the phone or replies to voice-mail and that us the problem. I was told by the manager in person that you don't have time to listen to the voice-mails.

This place is the absolute best. I can see much better with the glasses purchased from Pearle than I could with blurry glasses purchased elsewhere in the past. The doctor took her time to make sure the prescription was perfect. They offer HD (high def) glasses so I think that makes a big difference in the quality of the glasses as well. All the staff seemed really kind and patient. I will definitely go back next time I'm due for an eye exam.

Vann was super helpful in finding a pair of frames that matched what I envisioned! I went to other eye stores and even LensCrafters and no one was as helpful as here! Super friendly and out going! The doctor was also super fast and to the point with the exam and that was incredibly appreciated!
