I’ve been using Carol at this location for about 10 years. She and the rest of her staff are always patient, kind, and professional. They know their stock and they know how to fit those glasses extremely well. I’ve never had to return a pair of glasses because they didn’t work for me, but they are quite serious when they say “bring them back if you don’t like them”. They’re also quite skilled at bending back mangled glasses. Carol is a credit to humanity:)

My family and I had a great experience here again. In addition to their professionalism, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We don't have vision insurance, and they helped to find deals to make the glasses affordable. We have been going there for years and will continue to return.

This was my first time visiting Pearle Vision and it was a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in! Carol, Abby and Dr. Kossow were all so very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be going here for my eye exams from now on! Thank you!
