It all started with a routine eye exam by Dr. Lee, followed by what I thought would be the happy selection of a new pair of glasses. Two weeks later, those glasses gave me double vision and felt like bricks on my face. A kind rep suggested a redo of the exam. I thought, "Okay, things happen," but the wait for round two was another two weeks. When I finally got in, a trainee did the exam this time and got different results. Another two-week wait, another pair of glasses, and the same old problem. I was seeing double and getting nowhere. My insurance nudged me to get a second opinion. That's when things got even more tangled. The doctor asked me to forward an email chain with my insurance, which didn't make sense to me. But the real kicker came when I showed up for my appointment after hardly being able to get a leave from work, only to be told by the doctor that she had reimbursed my benefits and I should look for another eye care provider – no exam, no explanation, and frankly, a bit rudely. I'm not one to complain, but this has been a loop of hope and disappointment. I just wanted to see clearly, and now I'm left with more questions than answers. Don’t DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
