I went to Pearle Vision to pick frames for a glasses prescription I got from Costco. Lady was super nice! Showed me which frames to choose from. Note, I did not have a appointment and it was no problem! Had the fitting session at the desk. All in all, twenty minutes or less! I had a enjoyable experience! Thanks!

Dr. Dhaliwal was super, super sweet & the gal who sized my glasses, Erika, was absolutely amazing! She really made a big name chain store seem more personal. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a lovely experience at the Tacoma Mall location recently. I returned to Pearle Vision after researching some alternate try at home options provided through my insurance. I found this experience lacking and since I have a strong eyeglass prescription I felt I would be better served with 1:1 attention of a professional. I am so happy I made this decision. I was greeted at the door, as I always have been but it never stops being refreshing having people acknowledge when you walk in. Chesatie, the extremely professional and classy store manager assisted me. She collected my insurance information, documented a few scenarios based on my insurance options and I was off and running. I felt comfortable seeking her assistance with my style selection (do to her knowledge and genuine interest in helping me find what I needed to be happy), I couldn't have asked for more. I was happy and relieved to spend my money and have my eyeglass order placed. Thank you to the entire team for a very pleasant experience.
