The staff members Taylor and Sarah are always smiling and welcoming, unlike the competitors located lower floor. I am always happy with my frames and lenses from Pearle Vision. I especially like my most recent frames by Signature. I appreciate Taylor taking the time to fix my backup pair of glasses. Thanks Sarah and Taylor. Always a pleasure seeing the both of you. :)

The Dr. Was AMAZING! He had a great chair-side manner, explained everything he was doing and why, answered all of my questions and has a great sense of humor. The support staff was just as amazing. The two admins at the desk were pleasant and super helpful as well as the young lady assisting with frame selections. Everyone went above and beyond in the customer service area. My family had an all around phenomenal experience.

Nick is one of the most professional and genuine Manager I have ever worked with his attention to detail and memory of his customers needs is second to none. His employees mimic the same which shows not only the culture at this store dedicates them selves to customer service they represent the brand to a very high level. I would recommend the Fort Wayne Pearls Vision to anyone who is shopping for glasses or sunglasses for the summer time!
