Be prepared to wait an hour for your appointment. They either will not or can’t tell you what the exam will cost…they have no idea how to interpret insurance info. Tried to charge me a specialist co pay when I have vision insurance. Be prepared for surprises. Better yet, just go to one of the hospital sponsored Optometrists. These people are just out to take your money, as much as possible. Borderline scam. Your time is not valuable to them in the slightest. After a long wait and no info or proper service, I left.

Have used both the optometrists and the store. Great competent staff. Welcoming. Friendly, supportive.
Prices a bit higher however you pay for quality. Have never had an issue with eyeglasses; frames or lenses. Lenses and frames for me have lasted multiple years. I am hard on glasses abs lenses. Scratch resistant coating actually works.

I went here for the 1st time and The eye doctor constantly talk to me about my weight and I I advised her that I had just had a baby and she persisted! The receptionist has always been rude, and I will never go back here!
