Appointment was for 11:40, I arrived 5 minutes early. 12:10 the Doctor comes out and calls back her 12:00 appointment. I asked how much longer and was told another 30 minutes. I canceled my appointment and opted to not reschedule. Very disappointed with lack of concern for customers time. Apparently, according to the employees, this is a common occurrence. Last year, had a very pleasant experience and the Doctor was great!! He was very personable and kind.

I drove 1.5 hr to see Dr Jill. Staff was friendly on initial visit, but my glasses were not working. New lens were ordered. I had to call for updates, never recvd a follow-up about lens, had to call myself. I have spent over $1,100.00 for essentially nothing but literal headaches.
