Rude. They refused to perform a standard eye exam that I get every year to update my prescription. They insisted that they would only perform a comprehensive eye exam including dilation, which I was not interested in having done. I told them that I was not interested in dilation prior to going but still didn’t confirm with me until I got to the office and wasted my time.

Thrilled with my “5 Star Experience” at Pearle Vision in Plymouth Meeting. I had the pleasure of working directly with Kim (and some assistance from Jason, who is super-nice as well). Kim is absolutely delightful! She was very patient, thoughtful, helpful and honestly fun to work with. I noticed other customers engaging with her also had very pleasant experiences. Trying on glasses at this location was such a treat. There are tons of options and styles to fit any personality. I was extremely excited when I found a pair of women's Ray-Ban lightweight frames in rose gold! They just felt “like me”. This is also my first time wearing progressive lenses. Kim gave me a lesson on how best to get used to the transition and waited to make sure I was comfortable. Such a positive experience, my husband and I will definitely return to this location in the future! Thank You for everything :) -Melissa

It's a scam. Th doctor fitted me into this contacts that she's trying to sell without telling me it will cost more in premium. It wasn't even what I'm currently wearing. Do not recommend. They will find reasons to charge you more
