After waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment, they told me that they no longer accepted my insurance. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, as well as taken all of my children here for their eye exams as well. The change in ownership has made this a horrible company. I feel sorry for all of the people that have to work there. It took me over two weeks to get my appointment with them. Their solution was to offer me trial contacts that were not even the correct prescription. Horrible service!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced, waited for someone to make it right but here we are 5 days later and still no follow up. I went to pick up my prescription and the prescription was completely wrong, I could see better without my glasses then the ones you guys had ordered, mind you my appointment lasted a whole 5 minutes so I am not sure how she got my prescription that fast. I asked them the soonest available date and weekend since I work and have two little babies for the customer service associate to book me out and additional two week (now it’s been a month without glasses) and to say we’ll our schedule doesn’t work with us and this is what we have.. she literally told me that, I say I want to cancel she says no can do, a manager has to call you, here we are 5 days still no call. This will be disputed but please do not ever come here. The staff is rude, the optometrist clearly didn’t even take the time to get the prescription and they take your money right away but cannot even cancel the worse. Also to top it off I was quoted two different prices by two different associate, how does that even make sense?!!!

Incredible staff. Had issues with my current glasses and they were able to fix them until a new pair arrives. Excellent service.
