I had a 10/10 experience at this place and I am happy that I ended up coming here. I initially came because I needed an eye exam for an infection and they were the only place close that had an opening. I then decided to get two pairs of glasses (one sun; one regular). Every time I came in I had a great experience. Me and Tony bonded over concerts, music, and other personal similarities. He seems like a genuine guy and was very helpful. The doctors were also very sweet and helpful both times I was in. I will continue to come back if need be.

This is a great place with a wide selection of frames and great service all around. I have worked in customer service for 16 years and Tony at the Gurnee location provided some of the best service in the industry! He really knows how to cater every visit to each of his individual customers. My husband and I are so happy with our new glasses and it's all because of him 🙂 we'll be going here for glasses from now on.
