Staff is okay but it takes 14 days not counting on weekends if the days it on a holidays then it's longer not worth it especially when you need your glasses and you pay in full. Im not using using this place ever again. I'm very dissatisfied

I absolutely love going here! Dr. Chawla is great and I enjoyed the help of the amazing staff, one of which was visiting from Bridgewater a couple weeks back. Teemiere and Kellie (I hope I read that right on the paper, sorry!) were so helpful with finding me the right pair of comfortable glasses that I'd only need for night driving due to glare. Sally thinned the lenses out for me so it wasn't so disorienting as a first-time glasses customer. I look forward to my visit next year already!

I appreciate all the accommodations you offer. First review: Worst experience of my life. Especially when one the worker showed no sympathy for my toddler who had no idea what was going on. She simply wanted to brush me off for the moment my child started to cry because she was scared of the test they had to do. Wanted to brush me off for the next patience. Unsure if it was a raise thing or a problem with children with delays. The manager is the one with the biggest issue not being understanding that this is a first time process for a child. Money cow location. Kudos to the male worker that came in to help and that front desk assistance. They are the only 2 people I encounter that actually made me feel like they wanted to help.
