Elizabeth was awesome as usual... have been working with her a several years and have bought 5 pairs of glasses for each of myself and my wife... mostly great with minor adjustments .. but always done professionally and for free. Recommend everyone authorized to come here!

Walked in with a set shades that lost a hinge screw for a spring loaded arm. It was impossible to do at home, but the specialist working the store got it put together in minutes.

Wow! I was shopping at the Annapolis NEX and needed my glasses adjusted yesterday. It was a great experience. The technician was friendly and as she adjusted my glasses we chatted about gardening. If you haven’t visited this location you should. Great variety of glasses and expert adjustments. This retired CDR sure does appreciate this sort of support!

The optometrist at the NEX Annapolis Pearce Vision is professional, personable and always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. We have ordered 4 pair of glasses from there and she ensured they were correct and fitted right. A terrific member of you team.

Absolutely incredible service! Daughter broke her glasses and they were so helpful getting her lenses into a spare pair. Also, adjusted her frames because they were a little loose. HUGE help…especially over a holiday weekend. Super grateful! Can’t recommend more!

I walked into a Pearl Vision after a lost a screw in my glasses. The wonderful young woman at the store replaced the screw and sent me on my way in five minutes!!!! Awesome customer support! Thank You

I forgot to check the name! The staff here are very kind and will tell you about glasses! They are very knowledgeable and reassuring. Even when they are busy, they are always there to serve you. I highly recommend them!
