While getting the eye exam done, I showed up 30 mins early. I didn't think it was a big deal but told you're too early. After getting to see the doctor, I was asked how my day was, then didn't let me answer, and I just proceeded with the eye exam. After i tried to get some sunglasses and everyday glasses, I realized that i couldn't afford them together. The total was 879 together with insurance. i was told by the trainee there after not wanting the sunglasses, "I hope next time you come you can afford the sunglasses." The other employee who was "helping" the trainee was rude about helping. I mean, maybe I have bad insurance , or I just didn't know the insurance didn't cover that much. When I went to Walmart, I spent about 400 for sunglasses and glasses with insurance. But Jesus talk to your customers with some kind of respect.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. From the up front staff to the actual doctor this practice was friendly, patient, and an absolute joy to work with top to bottom. I work as a case manager and brought in one of my much older patients (ages 80+) and they were great at checking insurance, being patient with her, giving her multiple directions, and making sure she got the care she needed. Would bring myself and my own family here in a heartbeat.

Very happy with my experience! The optometrist was very polite and professional, and the place is very clean and organized. Julian was great to work with, he was patient with me as I chose my frames and explained everything clearly.
