Summary : Eye exam was great. The optometrist was very detailed and informative however the administrators communication was poor and leaves much to be desired.
11/03 - I visit for eye exam. I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses and requested it shipped to my house. I was informed it will arrive in 5 - 7 business days. (Typically cheaper online but I ordered here for the convenience)
11/22 - I called to get an update on contacts. I was then informed it has been backordered, and ETA unknown. In the interim they'll ship me a sample to use.
12/04 - I get a txt that my contacts are in and I have to pay an extra $10 to ship to my house. They no longer offer free shipping on contact lenses. To cancel my order, it will take 2 weeks to get a refund.
My concern is that, if there are extra fees and charges, please inform the patient promptly rather than surprise them with unexpected fees in the last minute.
