I had a 5 o’clock appointment, received a reminder call today for my 5 o’clock appointment, stating that they will see me at 5 o’clock. Called 20 minutes before my appointment to say I’m running five minutes late they refused to see me because the doctor had a previous engagement in Mount Pleasant come to find out they have a 10 minute grace period, don’t go to Pearle Vision in North Charleston because they could care less about seeing patients. The receptionist was rude, completely unprofessional office.

Everything was clear and understandable with the doctor being descriptive and helpful. After the exam, the glasses specialists said they’d help pick out a pair that looked good and had what I needed and wanted in the some sunglasses. Going again soon to get new shades. Thanks!

I came into this location with the mindset of buying new glasses. I had already had an eye exam elsewhere, but I had my prescription and wanted to see what their selection was like, since the place I had my exam done at had a very small selection. Tanaijah greeted me and let me look around without feeling any pressure. When I decided I needed some help figuring out what looked good on me, I asked for her help and she was fantastic! She helped me look at several pairs and then she ended up picking out a pair that I really liked. I really appreciated her kindness and patience. She made the whole process painless. I just wanted to say thank you so much! And also the glasses came so much faster than I expected! They look great and I'm very happy. Oh, and they have a cute little golden retriever office doggie that added to the awesome experience. I definitely recommend this place! :)
