The staff was friendly but the overall service was very poor. I got glasses from here twice. Both occasions it took 3 and 4 weeks after my appointment to receive my glasses. I had to continually call to see if my glasses had arrived. They never once called to inform me my glasses were in. I'm done with Pearle Vision.

Amazing customer service from Jamie!! A good friend recommended this place to me and they did nothing but help me when it came to my contacts and lenses! 13/10 will always come here! They also made sure I was getting the most of my visit and told me about their deals!

Had some glasses I got from them get a minor scratch. Went to order a replacement pair of lenses from them in the summer to address the problem before they fully cracked. Nearly 6 months later and I still haven't gotten my replacement lenses. Thankfully that scratch hasn't fully cracked the lenses yet, but that's the only good thing I can say! This is after it took a month to get a separate pair of prescription sunglasses only for them to break within a week of me getting them. Every time I call them, they say the lenses are "processing" and that they'll contact me shortly. Still havent had them attempt to contact me without me calling them first! Don't waste your time or your money, in my experience they'll take both and ignore you as much as they can.
