They canceled my appointment without notifying me! Just so you are aware, apparently when pearl vision sends you a text to confirm, the office never gets it. And if they leave you a message to confirm, and they say “call to reschedule or cancel” and you miss the call.. they will CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE!! I work in a law firm. If we leave a message to confirm and they don’t return our calls, we never assume they aren’t coming and cancel the appointment. It was really unprofessional. I will never go there again.

Rosa was wonderful, my insurance was being a bit of a pain, and she handled it with patience and grace and we finally had a successful outcome. Looking forward to getting my new specs! Received my glasses in a week, and they're perfect....

Took PTO to make an appointment at 12:30 on a Friday. Received confirmation email and text message the day of the appointment. When I arrived, I was told 'the office was closed' and that 'they had been trying to reach me since Monday', despite making the appointment on Wednesday, two days after. Was told multiple times 'they couldn't leave a message' despite receiving messages from that office two hours prior. Voicemail box was not full as I had rejected a call walking into the building which left a message. I even had a friend leave a voicemail successfully after they told me that, to test their claim. I received an appointment cancellation email 22 hours after my appointment, which was worded in a way that suggested I cancelled the appointment. I reported this interaction with the corporate office. I burned paid time off to attend an appointment that was cancelled without my knowledge or approval and then the attendant blamed it on me.
