This was my first time at Pearle and it was a great experience! All three people I worked with, the receptionist, doctor, and the person who helped me pick out frames, were very kind, personable, and caring. I will definitely be going back.

Dr Bingham is great. He explains things clearly and does a thorough job. The staff is helpful, and you feel well cared for here.

I had the best experience a few days ago at this establishment. I called in a panic asking for a doctor who could treat a scratched cornea that same day and was surprised to learn there was an available slot an hour later! The gentleman on the phone was friendly and sympathetic towards my situation as well as the lady at the front desk. It was reassuring to see a staff member actually care! Dr. B wasted no time and was able to guide me on next steps. Amazing customer service and professionalism as well as reasonable costs - I will be back for all future optometry needs!!
