I received my new glasses last week and I love them. My entire experience at Pearle Vision was great! Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted and taken to my eye exam promptly. The eye doctor was amazing! She explained everything thoroughly. After the exam, I was helped with picking out my frames. Once they arrived, the store manager was very nice in fitting them for me and explaining how to take care of them. The entire experience was wonderful. I've been a customer for yrs and plan to remain with them.

I filled out the paperwork prior to my visit, which resulted in very quick service after my arrival. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming. Rhiannon was very helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face shape. I was very grateful for that because I went by myself. Again, she was very patient and helpful with explaining my options and what my insurance covers and helping me get a Great deal. Thank you Rhiannon, you've made a return customer out of me!

I have been a customer of Pearl Vision for about 20 years. I have loved this office and the staff for the past 7 years. The gentleman and lady that helps with picking glasses and sizing were great as usual. The doctor was friendly. While picking up my glasses my husband had his appointment and the Tech even though we filled out the paperwork for no extra unnecessary tests and costs told my husband that he could pay $30 and not have to be dilated which is a lie because i have horrible eyes and don’t get dilated as I’m allergic. My husband is new to wearing glasses, no health issues or past family issues. When I heard at checkout this was fine I said we elected for no extra testing the eye tech just kept talking to him and I said wait we filled out to not do extra testing he still didn’t talk to me and o said this will never be done again and he then said snarky to my husband now we have the image so next year when u have it done we can compare. There will be no next year if they don’t rectify and return the money tomorrow as I am the actual insured and will go to elsewhere. He has a slight script and his cost only like $100 after insurance and mine which they will lose also cost around 500-1000 if I get two pairs and sunglasses. Sad the kid tech thinking he is a show off will lose them a customer. If they don’t I’m going to also ask about returning my $700 glasses, cancel his, move my son somewhere else for his in 3 weeks so they lose another $500-$600 as he gets a pair of sunglasses, and then tell my daughter and her husband to move. If they would of said we think there might be an issue and there are extra tests that need to be done which Pearl doesn’t even treat I would of made my husband an ophthalmologist appointment for them to run tests as that is covered under our medical. I am very upset that I have trusted this place and a young kid trying to make a sales goal will make me want to leave.
