I made in eye exam appointment in office and I arrived at my appointment on time only to get there and no appointment was scheduled! These clinics get these young employees who obviously do not care! Again, I made my appointment in person. How could y’all be so careless and unconcerned!? I would give them a ZERO if I could. I was pissed!! And don’t even get me started on the parking! The parking lot is so small and the oil change business blocks you in because they are in line to get their cars serviced. The restaurant takes up the rest of the parking spaces. The parking is just horrible! On my way! To Lens Crafters. I am done with this Pearle Vision Location! Sorry, to the other Pearle vision business! I am done patronizing this place!

Dr Huber took his time to do vision testing and answered all my questions. Nice and clean facilty.
