I was seen promptly at my appointment. Very friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Marmelo is very professional and easy to talk to. Shout out to Yolanda...she is awesome! I am so glad to have found Pearle Vision in Dartmouth. I can see clearly now!

I bought a pair of RayBan glasses 6 months ago. The staff has replaced nose pieces 4 times so far. Today they offered to replace the glasses with something else. The staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. It’s a pity that they’ve had to cope with an inferior quality product. I’ll keep using Pearle Vision, but won’t buy RayBans again.

eyeglasses and dr visit was good. unfortunately dealing with the front line is not so enjoyable. Calling in as well for further info assistance to receive guidance on insurance billing for other items not covered was miserable putting it mildly. I am aware the same questions are asked by many unfortunately but each individual should be dealt with respect and some sort of pleasantry The robot that responded to the phone call was less than pleasant - which in turn sets off the experience and end result no desire to return to this business Unfortunately the frontline can be a downfall to a business even if one is happy with Dr and staff past the front desk .
