Update. Went to a different eye glasses place and got new lenses put in my reading glasses and the warped phone is now not warped. Will never go here again.
Update. Went back down to a one-star. Reason-- after I went back, the Dr did another eye test to see if my scripts were right and told me I had a little cataract in my left eye. Never told me on my first visit. She also said on my first visit that the glasses would fix the rainbow streak effect that I was seeing out of my left eye and told me on the second visit that she didn't say that. She said it would help. Also, when looking at my phone with my reading glasses, the phone looks warped, and it would go away the more I used them. Well, it hasn't gone away. Unfortunately, I have Mass Health glasses, and I don't think they were made right. I am also have to squint to see with my distance glasses. So, I am calling Mass Health to get a second opinion appointment somewhere else.
Update. Just got a phone call from Pearle Vision. To look at my glasses and fix them if there's a problem. Thank you for calling me. I've updated my stars to a 4. If they fix the problem, I'll update it to 5 stars.
My phone looks warped when I use my reading glasses. And like other places, I've gotten glasses in the past they gave me something to clean the lenses with. If I had known I wasn't getting next-day glasses, I would have gone to lenses crafters. But someone told me you did the next day. I was told after my eye exam that you didn't do next day. Plus, I didn't like the eye exam. It was too quick, and some stuff was not done like at my other exams. I felt like it was a rushed exam. When I looked at the reviews, they were positive. But now I see a whole lot of negative ones. Wish they were there when I looked the first time. I would not have gone to this location. Update I was told I have a stigmatism, I was told these glasses would fix it, but they didn't. I still see the rainbow streaks when wearing my long-distance glasses.

Had an appointment for my twins at 3:30p, they both had broken glasses and needed an exam. Left the house with a five-minute cushion for traveling, but we hit unexpected heavy traffic on 495. When it became clear that we would be a few minutes late we called to inform them as such. Was coldly told that if we didn't arrive with 10 minutes of the appointment time, we would need to reschedule the appointment, fair enough policy, but the tone in which it was relayed was almost confrontational. We get there just before 3:38p, I pull to the curb in front of the store and let my wife and kids out of the car while I park. My wife and kids are in the store at 3:38p, they stand and wait to be greeted. There is one associate helping another customer, another comes from out back and ignores my wife and kids, another associate came out and did the same until after 3:40, at which point she greeted my wife and kids. My wife stated that she was there for their appointment, and the associate walked over to the computer to check the time and re-informed my wife of the strict policy regarding being ten minutes late. She said she would talk to the doctor, who came out front to deliver the same message. What a strange way to handle this situation. Aggressively enforcing a late policy that your own associates caused by not promptly greeting your clients, it seems to indicate that they have more interest in enforcing a policy than earning our current and future business. So they won't get it our business, and I will now actively go out my way to share how poor our experience was here with anyone that will listen. What a huge waste of our time, and what a bizarre, power trip of way to behave in a customer facing position. Enjoy your inch of power and lack of business! Merry Christmas!
Update: Sweet non-apology, way to take responsibility for your team's actions. We arrived within the 10 minute window that is your policy. Your staff chose to ignore my wife until we were out of it, barely. Was that not clear? How about the part where your staff was borderline confrontational when informing us of your 'strict policy' when we called before the appointment time as a courtesy to your team when traffic held us up? I'm super excited to share this needlessly inconvenient experience and your careless response. Also to be clear, I didn't feel the need to cancel my appointment, I chose not to reschedule them with a company that clearly does not care about their customers as much as they care about enforcing their strict policy. F-, be better.

This was by far the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in a lens shop and the glasses weren’t even for me! We had the pleasure of receiving services from Kassandra, the manager. Let me tell you, they know what they did when they made her manager. She was absolutely fantastic. Took care of my grandfather with compassion, care, and patience. She really has a knack for client care, as does the rest of the staff! Each of the wonderful ladies all approached us at one point and made sure we were okay during the lengthy process of choosing his lenses. They also had a wide range of brand name and insurance-covered lenses. Simply put, best eye care staff to work with! 100/10 recommend to everyone!
