The ladies in the office are unmatched! So kind, so helpful, and truly care for their customers! Answered all of my questions in regards to contacts and glasses and never made me feel stupid for having any. They always have the best energy and make me smile every time I come in. I can’t even imagine going anywhere else.

I had ordered a pair of glasses from this particular location and I’m not upset about the fact that the glasses, I’m more upset about the staff. I called on Friday to see if my glasses had been shipped off yet which was confirmed they had been shipped that day. I was told that they could potentially be there on Saturday and I waited for a call but never received one. I called them and they said that they didn’t receive anything. I then called yesterday to double-check and confirm if they were supposed to be coming in I was told by an employee that they were and that they would call me. I received a call later that day stating they had not come in. I was told by the same employee that I talked to previously on Monday that they would for sure be in on Tuesday so I called on my lunch about three or four times there was no answer so I called again, and when a lady answered, I asked her if they had gotten a shipment in for my glasses, I was told no by her and that I was given the wrong information that they don’t ship over the weekend. I explained to her that the man that I had talked to previously promised me that they were supposed to be there on Monday when they didn’t show up promised me they were supposed to be there on Tuesday, she asked me if there was anything else and it could be helped with and I said well if you wouldn’t mind informing the man I talked to about giving wrong information he gave me so he wouldn’t have an issue with other peoplee, her response was like well is there anything that I can help you with? She was very snippy and very rude to me and the only thing I had to say to her was you don’t need to be rude, I was just saying that it’s a suggestion and letting you know that your employee is giving false information to people. She then apologized. I should say it wasn’t a real apology because she was still very snippy with me and said well I’m sorry, and then just hang up on me . I’m not mad about my glasses and the quality of the glasses from Pearle vision. I am upset about the customer service that I received from this location and I’ve been going to Pearle vision for about three or four years now and never had this type of customer service ever so I’m a little disappointed.

Cassie is so friendly, attentive, and great at multi-tasking! 10/10 recommend shopping with her for your next glasses purchase!
