Spent $200 on new lenses to replace scratched ones. I asked if they had a spare case or sleeve for the glasses so they don't get scratches again. I was abruptly told NO and on my way out the door I see an entire shelf of cases. I would of bought a new one but not after the lack of customer service. So guess what? New lenses are scratched 1 month later (after much care and a new case from walmart). I have old glasses/lense from other companies that are still in better shape, many years later. Pearle Visions "in house" lenses that are supposed to be scratch resistant are a joke and waste of hard earned money.

Great selection of stylish name brand frames! Mary is PHENOMENAL, she definitely knows what she is doing! She has helped me the last couple years pick out the perfect frames, she is so kind, & professional!
