I was having some challenges my glass, so I called and spoke with KC. She made some time for me to come into the store. She was kind and professional and knew exactly how to help me. I'm so disappointed in this place. I had my appointment exactly one month ago today & I'm still waiting on my replacement lenses. They originally came in one week after my appointment but were cut incorrectly & didn't fit into the frames I had purchased from this location a few years prior. After 2 more weeks passed I was finally able to get in touch with someone who told me they were still being made. They offered me a credit for the inconvenience but in comparison to what I paid & what my insurance paid for these lenses it was a slap in the face. My prescription jumped quite a bit since last year and still not having my new lenses a full month later is not acceptable

So I'm here on a Thursday and they are closed out of nowhere. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls unless you call a different Pearle Vision location and have them pass the message on. Leaving my review at 1 star until you mail me my glasses because I'm not wasting my time here ever again.
