This review is for the Pearle Vision at Regency Square. Your website says you are open 8-2 on Saturday. That’s false! I drove from the beach to this store and was there at 8am to find out your hours are actually 10- 4. Your website also says you take walk in customers and that is false. I drove back to the store and got there at 10am and as soon as I walk in, your employee asked if I had an appointment. I said your website says you take walk in customers. She proceeds to tell me “I don’t know why it says that because we don’t. We only have a Dr here from 2-4.” Well how about you fix your website to say that then? Would that be too difficult to hit a couple buttons on a computer so you’re not giving out false information. I’ve been a long time Pearle Vision customer, but never again.

All the Services are overpriced, compared to what other places offer, felt like I was at a car dealership negotiating with Maggie the manager who is terrible with customer service. I also never got a call to pick up the overpriced glasses when they were finished I had to call myself after 3 weeks for them to tell me that’s “it’s been ready”. But they do a great job at texting and calling to make sure you make it to the appointment.

The are so friendly. I really enjoyed my visit. I'm horrible with names but the lady who helped me pick out my frames is so nice and knows her stuff. Every pair she showed me fit my face perfectly.
