My experience at Pearl Vision Waterworks Mall was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The doctor was informative, knowledgeable and Caring. I feel like my eyes are being taken care of

The doctors are nice but buyer beware. They do what they can to get the most money out of you. Know what your eye insurance is so you make sure they honor it. Lens and contacts are cheaper elsewhere.

Eye exam was very thorough and helpful. Glasses ready ahead of schedule and they are great.
