If I could rate this Pearle Vision with an even higher rating, I definitely would! Recently, I went to Pearle Vision in Burlington MA because my new prescription eyeglasses that were made up in FL were giving me a lot of trouble reading and focusing. I thought they only needed an adjustment and hoped this Pearle Vision could help me. What I was given was kindness above and beyond! The eyeglasses were all wrong and Pearle Vision in Burlington made them right for me. Cassandra, an optician helped me with permission from Carmine, the owner. I couldn't believe how caring they were and I couldn't be happier!

The optician was excellent. My vision insurance covered most of the cost of one pair of glasses. They have many designer frames for over $400 but they had a small selection of frames that were covered by insurarance .

One of the best experiences I’ve had having an eye exam. Liana checked me in with a smile on her face and guided me through the sign in process with ease. This was my first time in the Burlington office since the office in Tyngsboro closed.
Dr. Kian Patel spent time explaining everything he was going to do and what my test results meant.I never felt rushed and he was very thoughtful and kind!
Cassandra and Kendra were so helpful when it came to ordering my glasses and making sure that I was satisfied with the choice I had made. Both of them made me feel comfortable and welcomed!
This office is an asset to Pearle Vision!
