I love this office. The doctor is amazing and i have five kids. I brought my babes here to see her and the entire process was great. He onlinr registrstion was easy and when we got to the office check in was quick too. She explains things well. My 3 year daughter loved the experience and keeps asking when we can go back to see D.Lal. I highly recommend. She is good!

I made an appointment for my daughter 3 weeks ago, submitted all documentation including insurance, and patient forms. They waited until the day before my daughter’s appointment to cancel by text message- no phone call or explanation. The thing is I called and spoke with them the same morning to verify my deductible out of pocket portion for the appointment. The medical assistant confirmed everything was set and they received all documents. A hour later I receive a text stating your appointment has been canceled.
