I ama new patient and I attempted to contact the office to schedule an appointment but could not hear the representative as she sounded far away Once I informed her she sounded agitated and ignored the fact that I could not hear her. I was not greeted with a warm welcome and will be searching for another eye doctor whose front desk have more patience and respect!

Dr Duss’s office and staff is amazing. She explained everything so well and was so thorough and efficient in the exam. Our kids love the fun waiting room stocked with games, a huge fish tank and tablets too!

Dr. Hendy used to take her time, not anymore. My daughter has been visiting this office for the past four years. The office is clean, staff is nice, the waiting room is kid friendly. I'm giving 4 stars because Dr. Mary Armanious Hendy, isn't personable. She literally was in the room for 3 minutes. My daughter wanted to ask her how she and her baby was doing (she was pregnant couple of years ago), but she left as soon as I said I had no further questions, not giving her the opportunity to ask. The assistant (person who did most of the work this recent visit) was much more personable, laughed with us, comforting my daughter, acknowledged my son, and was all around friendly.
