Dr Wilson was amazing with our twins when we had to take them due to issues from being born premature. We first met him in the hospital/NICU and had follow up appointments at his office. He was gentle, kind thorough and informative. We had multiple visits with Dr Wilson in 18months with our infants and each time, the staff was and Doctor were both attentive and knowledgeable. We felt our kids eyes were in very good hands.

Friendly office. Great experience.

Rude. Rude very rude staff. Financial parasites.

Be Careful what you are signing before the appointment!!! He is a medical specialist and they don’t tell you before sending the bill. I made an appointment for the regular Eye Exam but they sent about 500$ bill after insurance. He is specialist and he knows how to hire RUDE people for front desk FOR MAKING A MONEY.

basic kids eye exam 250 dollars I have 4 kids. When I asked about why bill was so high, they told me I have plenty of insurance money to cover the 1000 basic kids eye exam, dr is a expert in the field. Office was nice Dr was very good. Not worth the expense.

The staff and Dr. Wilson have been amazing since I started bringing my daughter here 1.5 years ago. Great communication, very little wait time, good glasses selection and the glasses came in quickly! Dr. Wilson is also a gem!

Very bad experience with this office. They overcharge and do the service that you don't need. My son visited there for eye infection. They charged $220 consultation fee + some diagnostic fees. Total was about $330. Because it was too high I didn't pay in time, another $20 was added every time they sent you the bill. They call it "Bill Fee". We called this office about the bill and was told $220 consultation fee is always charged for new patients. The lady who answered the call was very rude. I refused to pay and the bill was sent to a collection agency. We finally paid over $400 after the annoying calls from the agency. Will never go back!

I was really impressed with Dr. Wilson's bedside manner and the way that he made my 1 year old feel at ease. The staff was great too. I highly recommend them.

We adore Dr. Wilson .. my son has been going there for 10 years and can’t imagine going elsewhere.

My husband and I are forever grateful to Dr Wilson for his medical care of our daughter's vision over the last 25 years. At a time when most other physicians in the field (@Wills Eye and Penn) were dismissive of her needs, Dr. Wilson worked with us to maximize her visual potential by coordinating 5 therapies as well as worked hand in hand with her other doctors. He is very thorough, kind and works wonderfully with children. We feel blessed to have him in our community.

Dr. Wilson was phenomenal with my 4 month old baby. She enjoyed every minute of her eye exam (even getting dilated), and the best part is that he seems to love his job and working with the little ones just as much!

While this review is in no way a reflection of Dr. Wilson (because he is phenomenal!) this review is based on how this facility gets away with charging you an arm and a leg. Unless you have met your medical deductible you will pay at least $115 for a routine medical exam (that’s just the exam) - because he’s a “medical specialist” they don’t code routine eye visits as such - they bill it to your medical insurance (not your vision plan.) They do not bother explaining this to you whatsoever (probably because they know how well it will go over.) The front desk people are rude, your glasses will come in VERY late and they take several days to call you back. Hard pass, unfortunately for Dr. Wilson.

I liked the actual doctor. But after bringing my daughter for years I had terrible experiences with the staff being rude to myself and daughter. They never asked about my new insurance and were very rude, not taking the time to end their Phone call to speak to who was standing at the desk. Just mouthing to me they no longer take my insurance and pointing me to the door. I wouldn’t return here even if they took us.

Always a good experience with Dr. Wilson and his staff. We’ve been going here for 7 years now! I wish they also did contacts for kids, but not a deal breaker and he has great references.

Dr. Wilson is very professional and personable. He has the best manner with kids and helps put them at ease. He is experienced and is VERY well respected in his profession. I can't tell you the number of people in my friend circle who have commented on how much they trust and admire him. Thank you Dr. Wilson and Kids Eyes.

This is the worst doctor I ever used, I mean I have been in other country. I know what a bad doctor is. First of all. They don't listen to you, He didn't update you what he's going to do, so I was overcharge many things I didn't need. And he said this is what he does. I have checked the same issue with another doctor, and another doctor charged one third of what this doctor charged. So if you have to see this doctor, ask how much he'll charge in advance. He spent roughly 20 minutes to check using all the regular devices, and charged more than 300 dollars. The clerk is beyond word I can describe. She was rude and very unfriendly to the customer. I don't know what happens to her, she serious needs some help to improve her attitude. All in all, I will try to avoid this place.
