I took my 3 year old in for a checkup and first eye appointment. She’s not fond of doctors offices, so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go! We were greeted by the friendly staff and my daughter enjoyed playing with toys in the lobby and looking at the large puzzle and pictures around. I could immediately distinguish this was an office that has great experience with little ones. We didn’t have to wait long until we were called back and were greeted with more friendly staff. The perception, color, and vision test went surprisingly well for my daughter, thanks to the patience and creativity of the staff! Once we saw the doctor, my daughter was already very comfortable and out of her shy box. He suggested I hold my daughter in my lap for her comfort (which I appreciated!) and he was attentive, patient, and kind during her exam. He asked all my questions, even asked me questions, and took his time explaining the science behind my daughter’s astigmatism (something I’ve had as long as I can remember and never got explained this by my own doctor). All in all, I’m extremely pleased with Dr Rhee and his office staff! My daughter even asked when she could go back!
