The doctor is nice and is always able to answer my questions. What I find problematic is the lack of quality customer service. I always have to leave more than one message before I get a return phone call. Additionally, my glasses and contacts were ordered in excess of 26 days ago and they STILL haven't called me to pick them up. :-(
