My husband and I had eye exams with Dr Lam. She was great. Nice and thorough. (And I'm an optometrist too). We didn't like our last optometrist at a different practice (he seemed rushed and took shortcuts), so I'm glad we found her. We'll be coming back to her for our annual eye exams. Our 20 month old daughter was with us and the staff (Rose) was really nice and playful with her so she felt very comfortable around them.

This place was a sour experience in my mouth. I payed a high fee for services and front desk staff seems to be annoyed to provide services. When it was time to pick up glasses I was received by Mary in the front desk. She was very cutting and rude while even welcoming me. I asked for the restroom and she ignored me until she got off the phone just yo say it was out of service. Furthermore I explained I was a customer and picking up glasses. She was really rude when questioned why another person was using it and she stated it was out of service. I drove an hour to come here and had urgency to use the restroom. She was really rude and proceeded ti hand me the glasses without even a case in plastic wrapper. This is the worst place to come and spend your money. Guest service is everything anywhere. The doctor was really nice and welcoming but the rest of the staff is disgusting. For the fees I was charged I would have gone somewhere nicer and better service. Will never come to this place again. Save yourself the attitude you will be given.
