I have been a patient of Dr Perez (and formerly of Dr Seyer) for many years. She is skilled, professional, and personable. They could use a larger selection of frames for some who absolutely have to have the latest Gucci frames perhaps, but I always get my exam done there.

Wow talk about a very bad experience. I needed to switch to eye doctors moving from Easton. Every doctor i called had a 4 month wait. Dr.perez very nice secretary offered to help me. I get appointment same day. The doctor makes me wait 45 mins to be seen. Then i get called back her frist question is if i wear contacts. I said yes, then she says do i sleep in them. I said yes, they are air optix. She flipped out said she cant help me and to find someone who can. Very old school minded, very bad experience. Waste of my time and she doesnt have patience. Higly DONT RECOMMEND!

I really love Nancy, she is very stern and patient with my daughter Delilah who has ADD. While no one else accepted my daughter because for one, she could not read the letters, and two, she could not stay still, Nancy gave her a chance and my daughter has been going to her since she was like 3yrs old and she is now 10 yrs. My daughter also hated to wear glasses and she had trouble seeing in school her grades were dropping, and nancy was very stern with her and explained to her why she needs her glasses. Since then my daughter never took her glasses off and now when something happens to her glasses, she goes crazy. I highly recommend and would not trade her for no other eye doctor!!!

the most horrific experience i have ever had in my entire life from a medical proffesional took money from both my insurance company AND 204.00 cash out of pocket this was the first week of march BEFORE THEN LOCKDOWN of the pandemic 3 days later there is this sign on her door NO phone call NO letter my kid had to go all these months unable to see for ZOOM meetings will be fling lawsuits for gateway fraud THEFT misconduct and a civil suit for my daugther losing education UNREAL? believe me each year this lady both called and sent letters to get us to bring our family to her office NOT HAPPY will be DEALING with this accordingly @ SHAME ! have filed a dispute with my bank she has NOT EVEN RESPONDED TO THAT TRUST ME DO NOT GO TO THIS DR FOR ANY REASON

We really like Dr Nancy Perez. They were able to get us in for an appointment for both of my children very quickly. She was very professional and pleasant with my children. She took the time to explain some of the processes to my son. Thank you Doctor Perez!

My appointment time was at 9:30. I arrived at this time, however, I waited an hour and the doctor had still not seen me. I asked where the doctor was, but I was told that she always runs late. I had no choice but to leave because I was already late for work. I do not recommend this doctor because my experience was extremely unprofessional.

A patient for over 20 years and have always found Dr. Perez to be knowledgeable, friendly, easily accessible and really cares about eye health. She was very firm to my son for leaving his contacts in too long when he was young (he always remembers to take better care now) - Highly recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars for the doctor. The lone star is for her secretary, the only positive about my experience. I called on May 3rd and was given an appt for May 16th at 11:30. I arrived at 11:25 and the doors were locked. I called and the sec'y came and unlocked it. She was alone in the office and was downstairs, no problem. She asked if I received her message informing me the doctor was running about 20 mins late and expected around 11:50. I said it was no problem and waited. While waiting, she measured my eyes and allowed me to browse the frame selection. She's super nice! The doctor finally showed up around 12:20 (didn't apologize for being late), and called me into the exam room. With the door open, and another client in the waiting area of this tiny office, she proceeded to ask me questions. I explained my primary purpose of the visit was a new prescription for my contacts. She then asked me about my contact use. Upon hearing answers she didn't like, she proceeded to chastize me like a child (I'm over 50) and tell me she's not going to give me a prescription for contacts! I told her I've been wearing contacts since 16 and the only problem I have is that I'm near sighted. She continued her rebuke and said she'd only give me a prescription for glasses and I was free to find another provider for contacts! I was stunned! The whole time she was berating me loudly, the patient in the waiting room could hear the whole thing. It was so disrespectful of my privacy and age! I had never experienced anything like that in my entire life! I told her, "I came to get a new prescription for contacts and after I waited 2 weeks, you're not going to give it to me because you don't like how I use them?!! Then there's no need for the exam!" I got my things and left. She's very unprofessional - being almost an hour late and was unapologetic. Then with the door wide open, spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner. I would never recommend her. This woman got issues!!!
