Maybe I caught them on a bad day but here goes. Appointment was excellent, service was outstanding, employees were very kind and the location was clean and comfortable. However, at the end of my exam we went to get some contacts but they did not have my prescription nbd. The receptionist advised that they would order my prescriptions and call me, awesome. A couple of weeks go by and I receive a call asking when I can come in to pick them up. I tell them that I can come immediately as I'm in Tulsa but she says we can't do that. I explain that I'm happy to come in the following day and again, she says no because I need an appointment. She then tells me that an appointment is necessary for insurance purposes to be fitted for the contacts so I said great, when is the next open time? She says that the next available is approximately 2 weeks away but they have walk-ins for Fridays but being seen is not guaranteed. I'm considered by most to be a pretty patient human but at this point I've already waited 2 weeks for the contacts to arrive, again nbd but now another 2 weeks to "be fitted" so they can charge insurance for another visit? I'm over it at this point so I hang up and continue to use my glasses but I actually had to get rude because the office kept calling me repeatedly to make an appointment for 2-3 weeks out. The whole thing went sour so I'll definitely not go back which sucks because the experience started so well. 1 star guys sorry.
