This is one of the better pet food supply stores in the area. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. I'd like to know if the staff could have access to the cats even though they are sold through an outside organization? This way they could be shown and kept cleaner.

My pup had an appointment that was cancelled last minute due to the ONE groomer they have being “stuck out of town”. More like stuck in bed. This is ridiculous! I made his appointment well in advance. But I should’ve gone with my first mind to get him groomed back at Petco in Macedonia rather than giving anything in Maple Heights a chance. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND!
