Prior to being a patient, I found myself in a predicament just before an overseas trip – I had lost an entire box of contact lenses for one eye. Frustrated and in need of a solution, I reached out to my previous eye doctor, only to be met with the disappointing news that they didn't have any samples of my specific contact lens and suggested I can order more, an option impractical for my imminent journey. In a stroke of luck, I decided to visit Pflugerville Vision Care with my contact lens prescription, explaining my urgent situation. The staff not only listened attentively but went above and beyond to assist me. Although they didn't have the exact brand I was using in stock, one of the assistants consulted with one of the doctor to find a comparable alternative that would tide me over until my return. To my surprise and gratitude, they not only provided me with a sample but did so without charging me a penny.
