I called the doctor on call, Dr Sando the owner of the practice explaining my problem with my eye. He was impatient, rude and hostile. He told me I waited to long to call and he was in the middle of his exam. He made me feel uncomfortable and I will not be going back to him..

I had initial cataract surgery at another physician's office and they put in the wrong lens. I called Dr. Sando's office and they saw me right away. Everyone there was friendly and thorough, which I greatly appreciate. They answered all of my many questions. More importantly they removed the incorrect lens and put in the correct lens and also put a new lens in my other eye. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Dr. Sando and this practice.

Everyone at the practice is very nice, but I spent more than 1 hour in the waiting room in 2023 and almost 1.5 hours in the waiting room in 2024 before I was seen by the doctor.
