I had been putting off getting my eyes checked for a long time. However, I was having difficulty reading more and more, as well as seeing street signs at a distance. Someone suggested going to the Philadelphia Vision Center for an eye examination. I am so glad I took my friends advice. They were extremely empathetic to my needs and assisted me in picking out a pair of glasses that I was comfortable with. I will be definitely going back for annual check-ups and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. My new glasses are great, and my vision is so much clearer. we received the worst eye exams yesterday by a mean elderly man who was rude throughout the whole 5 minute procedure. Now I am one who will usually pick and choose my battles but if our prescriptions aren't right that's going to be a problem. The exam we received was rushed. The doctor gave us a box of eye drops. told us if we could see the writing and then determined right there if I could see up close. BEWARE I go pick up my glasses this week. I'll update again.
